Minnesota Statute § 214.075 requires that all new applicants for licensure must complete a fingerprint-based criminal background check (CBC).

Effective January 1, 2019, the fee for the required criminal background check will increase to 33.25. Applications received on or after this date must include the $33.25 CBC fee.
