Faculty Bios
Shelby Johnson, M.D.: A physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist with subspecialty training and certification in Sports Medicine. She focuses on managing acute and chronic sports related injuries, regenerative medicine, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, and injury prevention. She performs procedures such as PRP injections, bone marrow aspirate concentrate injections, joint injections, and ultrasound-guided injections.
Mark LaBelle, M.D.: A sports medicine surgeon who specializes in knee and shoulder injuries. He is fellowship trained in shoulder arthroplasty and advanced arthroscopic techniques of the knee and shoulder. His practice focuses on extremity fracture care as well as treating shoulder and knee instability, rotator cuff pathologies, and knee osteotomies. He strives to not only treat the condition he sees on imaging, but to understand patients’ goals so he can help them achieve the lifestyle they desire.
